Mark Aviss

Mark Aviss served as a trustee of the IATSE Local 891 Employee Life & Health Trust (Benefits of Film), where he played an active role in governance and oversight. During his time on the board, he contributed to decisions focused on keeping benefits sustainable, fair, and responsive to the evolving needs of members.

Outside of the Trust, Mark has built a career in film and television, with credits on productions including Disturbing Behavior, The Day the Earth Stood Still, and 3000 Miles to Graceland. His experience in production, combined with his time as a trustee, gave him valuable insight into both the creative and operational sides of the industry.
