As we step into 2026, the Trustees would like to wish every member and their family a happy, healthy, and hopeful New Year.

The start of a new year gives us a moment to pause—to reflect on the year behind us and to look ahead with intention. In 2025, we saw continued growth in the plan, thoughtful improvements to benefits, and—most importantly—members making real use of the coverage that exists to support them through work, life, and change.

In 2026, our focus remains the same: to care for the wellbeing of our members, to strengthen the plan for the long term, and to ensure it continues to reflect the real needs of the film community. We will keep listening, learning, and making decisions with care, fairness, and responsibility.
