Tom Adair is a trustee of the IATSE Local 891 Employee Life & Health Trust, where he brings decades of industry experience, union leadership, and a deep commitment to member wellbeing. A proud IATSE 891 member, Tom has long been part of the Local’s story—serving previously as Chair of the Trust and as Business Representative, where he helped shape key policies and guide the Local through pivotal transitions.

Throughout his career, Tom has been a strong advocate for building a sustainable, self-governed plan that truly reflects the needs of working members. His insight into both the creative and administrative sides of the industry has made him a steady voice in discussions that matter most—never shying away from tough conversations when clarity and accountability are needed.
