For those members who are interested in running for Health Trust Trustee, we would like to invite you to attend one of our upcoming candidate seminars.

These sessions will be hosted at the Hilton Vancouver Metrotown (6083 McKay Avenue, Burnaby BC VH5 2W7) on September 8th, 2024, providing valuable insights into the responsibilities and nature of the trust.

The seminars will be held at the following times:

• Morning Session: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm

• Afternoon Session: 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm

During these sessions, we will cover important topics including:

1. Nature of the trust

2. Responsibilities of trustees

3. Expectations and commitments

4. Understanding legal responsibilities and potential liabilities.

5. Overview of our long-term objectives and how trustees contribute to achieving them.

This will be an excellent opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the role and to ask any questions you may have regarding the trustee position.
