Allstate Insurance takes over coverage starting October 1, 2022.
Dear Members
Effective October 1, 2022, the Critical Illness Benefit will be provided by Allstate Insurance. If you have a claim for a diagnosis made before October 1, it must be submitted to Chubb by November 30, 2022.
