The plan provides 30%–70% coverage for the following benefits, set by your coverage level. Your coverage level is tied to how many eligible hours you worked at IATSE 891 over your career. Vision expenses also count toward your lifetime maximum for medical and vision expenses ($25,000 to $45,000, depending on your coverage level).
Eye Exams
Covered once per person every 24 months, subject to reasonable and customary (R&C) limits.
Glasses, Contact Lenses, and Laser Eye Surgery
Up to $600 per person every 24 months for prescriptions, corrective lenses, and laser eye procedures.
